Keep in mind that you don't have to change your diet all at once. ...start gradually. If you eat GMO-fed 'regular beef' 3 times per week, make a point to buy enough organic grass-fed beef to substitute just ONE meal with the healthier food. Or, set aside one day per week where everything you eat is organic. By the end of the year, that’s 52 days of healthy / nutrient-dense food going into your body and 52 fewer days of unhealthy / unnatural chemicals, GMOs, etc.
The point is to just get started. If you drink 'regular milk' switch to organic. If you consume products that have artificial sweeteners like Aspartame, STOP. Once you begin the process of changing your diet, you're likely to continue moving in the right direction.
I understand that organic food is more expensive…but it happens to be the ONE “luxury item” that everyone should make at least a little room for in their budget. Besides, as the doctor states in the video above, you're going to pay a much higher price later on if you continue dumping toxins into your body while, simultaneously, robbing your body of the nutrients it needs to detoxify and maintain itself.
